Gratuity
A 20% gratuity is included for spa party events, reflecting our team’s commitment to delivering a flawless and unforgettable experience during your luxury spa treatments. For individual bookings, such as our mobile spa experience, gratuity is never required, but any expression of appreciation is cherished and gratefully received.

To create a serene and luxurious environment, please ensure the service area is tidy and a space is reserved for our setup and discreet turnover before and after your service. Access to hot and cold water is essential to enhance your elevated spa experience. It allows our team to prepare and maintain your treatments with ease, so you can simply relax and enjoy every moment.
For spa party events, a cleared kitchen and tables allow our team to deliver a seamless and elevated experience for you and your guests.

Booking(s)
To ensure a seamless and luxurious experience for all clients enjoying our luxury spa treatments, we kindly request 24 hours’ notice for individual bookings and two weeks’ notice for spa party events. While we’re always happy to accommodate last-minute requests for our mobile spa experience, please note that such bookings may be subject to an additional service fee to cover the extra preparation required to deliver our signature spa experience.
Deposit(s)
To reserve your personalized luxury spa treatments, we require a deposit applied toward your booking: $50 for individual appointments, $200 for spa party events, and $500 for full spa events. These deposits enable us to curate every detail and ensure a flawless, luxurious mobile spa experience from start to finish.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure every luxury spa treatment is flawless, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for individual appointments, one week for spa party events, and two weeks for mobile spa experiences. Deposits are applied toward your booking, and in cases of late cancellations, they may be retained to offset the cost of preparing the tailored amenities and professional touches that make each experience exceptional.
